MINI Baby Spa – Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings, Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date once confirmed. This is due to the limited number of spaces and the personalised nature of each session.
  • If you’re unable to attend, you may gift or sell your session to another parent. Simply let us know the new attendee’s details at least 24 hours before the session.
  • In the unlikely event that MINI Baby Spa must cancel (e.g., due to illness, severe weather, or venue closure), we will offer either:
    • A rescheduled session date, or
    • A voucher for the full value of your original booking, valid for 6 months.

By booking a session, you confirm your acceptance of this policy.

2. Health, Safety & Supervision

  • All babies must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who remains fully responsible for their child at all times during the session.
  • A second adult may attend but must also be responsible for the child in their care. For twins, a second adult must attend for safety reasons.
  • MINI Baby Spa staff are trained to guide and support, but they are not permitted to take over care or responsibility for any baby at any point.
  • Please inform us during booking of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns relevant to your baby. This allows us to tailor your experience safely.
  • Parents are welcome to bring their own skincare products if preferred. All MINI Baby Spa products are dermatologically and paediatrician-tested, hypoallergenic, and organic where stated.
  • Babies must not attend if they are unwell, including symptoms like fever, rash, diarrhoea, or contagious illness. We reserve the right to refuse entry if a child appears unwell.

3. Photos & Videos

  • With your permission (given at the time of booking), we may take photos and videos during your session for use on our social media, website, or promotional materials.
  • We will never share images of your baby without your consent.
  • You may opt out of photography at any time. Please just let us know on the day.

4. Session Details & Conduct

  • Sessions last 75 minutes, held at Wildhive Callow Hall, Ashbourne, Derbyshire. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may miss parts of the experience.
  • Our baby spa activities include gentle treatments such as floral baths, massage, baby-safe mani-pedis, and photoshoots. These are all optional—follow your baby’s lead and comfort.
  • Babies are never forced to take part in any activity. You can pause or stop at any point.
  • Please treat all guests and staff with kindness and respect. Aggressive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

5. Twin Discount & Requirements

  • A £5 discount per twin is available. Please contact us before booking to receive your discount code.
  • Due to the need for duplicate equipment and individual attention, a second adult is required when bringing twins.
  • Each baby must have their own bath and towel setup for hygiene and safety.

6. Confirmation, Communication & Booking Info

When booking, you’ll be asked to provide:

  • Your full name, email, phone number and address
  • Your baby’s name and age
  • Whether a second adult will be attending
  • Any allergies or medical needs
  • How you heard about MINI Baby Spa
  • Consent for photography (yes/no)
  • Agreement to our refund and responsibility policies (checkbox)

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder or get in touch with us.

7. Product Use & Allergies

We use only the safest, baby-friendly products including:

  • Floral Milk Bath: Full-fat or coconut milk options, with optional rose petals
  • TROPIC Little Roary Baby Oil and TROPIC Little Joey Washing Milk (optional use)
  • Products are organic, paediatrician-tested, and suitable for sensitive or eczema-prone skin
  • You are also welcome to bring and use your own creams, oils, or breastmilk

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, Mini Baby Spa is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or personal loss during your visit.
  • Participation is entirely at your own risk. We advise all attendees to consult with their GP or health visitor if unsure about their baby’s suitability for spa activities.
  • By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
